Nina
Black has been teaching exercise and training clients in Georgetown,
Washington, DC since 1984. Nina is certified by The American Council On
Exercise and The Aerobics and Fitness Association of
America. Her group exercise classes specialize in Cardiovascular
Endurance, Strength, and Flexibility. Nina's cardio class is a combination of
Step, Low Impact, and Floor Work. Her strength class sculpts the body by
employing free weights and intense abdominals with challenging legwork. The
flexibility class is a stretch class, which incorporates Yoga, Pilates, and a
variety of exercises to sculpt and tone the body. This class also concentrates
on posture and alignment. All of the group classes are multi-level and are
on-going. You can begin at any time.
For those who prefer to workout
individually, Nina holds private gym sessions in the personal training studio,
Definitions. The sessions are available by appointment and prices are available
upon request. Each workout is customized for the individual. Every Age, Every
Size, Every Fitness Level is welcome. The atmosphere at the gym is relaxed and
comfortable, a place where you are free to be yourself and work at your own
level and pace.
